GETTING READY
Get ready for your
introductory call.
A few details can help make your introductory call useful. You do not need to send tax documents before booking a call.
Before your introductory call.
- Note the service you need help with and the tax year or reporting period involved.
- Describe your situation briefly: personal income, self-employment, rental income, GST/HST or a CRA letter.
- If CRA has contacted you, note the date and any response deadline shown on the letter.
- Write down your questions about the process, required documents and estimated fee.
- Provide the phone number where our team can reach you at your booked time.
When you’re ready to proceed.
After the scope and fee are discussed, you will receive guidance on the information and documents needed for your situation. Prepare the requested records and follow the document-sharing instructions provided.
Do not send your SIN, passwords or tax documents through a general website enquiry. The introductory call does not include a detailed document review or personalized tax advice; those services are quoted separately.
